Due to the nature of our custom handmade items, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any orders. However, if you have an issue with your order please email us within 14 days of receiving it to see if it is something we can fix. 

We can not refund due to you not liking the fabric, ordering the wrong size, or something happening to your product after the 14 days has passed. 

Please ask for sizing recommendations when you are unsure as we offer a wide selection of products from many different pattern makers whose sizing/fits all run differently . We allow size changes up until the order has been cut 


Below is our current turnaround time/shipping times. These are subject to change at any time as sometimes our order volume is much larger than other times. 

Current Turnaround Time:

Please allow 8-10 weeks for your custom handmade items to ship. Please note that your items may take longer depending on order volume. The TAT can change at any given time due to the number of orders coming in so if you need your items by a specific date please email us @ to discuss so we can ship you your items on time.



Shipping Time:

**We have no control over shipping time once the package has been picked up/dropped off at the post office**

​Typically First Class Mail arrives within 3-7 days and Priority Mail arrives within 1-3 days. We have no control over this aspect of shipping though. Once the Package leaves us and is scanned into the system, it is in the hands of the USPS. Please contact your local post office for issues with missing packages. Allow 1-3 days for your packages to be scanned in.
